This Sparta Chef Series basting brush has a 2" wide bristle head. It is double boiled and heat resistant up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and is water resistant. Bleached boar hairs are epoxy-set to the brown plastic ferrule. It has a lacquered hardwood handle.
- Boar Hair Bristles – Sterilized, natural bristles provide excellent fluid retention and are epoxy-set to prevent harboring of bacteria
- Bristles are epoxy-set to ferrules to provide superior bristle retention and to prevent bacteria harboring air pockets
- Sturdy Wood Handle – Durable and lacquered for long-lasting, professional finish
- Angled Brush Head – Allows for a more relaxed grasp
- Ergonomic Shape – Curved handle shape is designed for convenient one-handed use
- Wide Brush Size – Covers larger surface areas
- Handle Hole – Pre-drilled hole allows for easy hanging on hooks or cord
Note: Basting brushes should not be cleaned in dishwashers. Brushes should be dipped in a commercial cleaning solution and rinsed.
