At Jean's Restaurant Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your professional kitchen needs, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

  • 3.
    Label and Ship

    Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns center.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
