The Blodgett Zephaire-100-G Double Deck is a full-size, standard-depth gas convection oven built for high-volume restaurants and institutional kitchens. Perfect for ribs, braised meats, chicken, breads, and more, this oven combines durability, efficiency, and ease of use in a compact footprint.


Key Features

Durable Construction

  • Heavy-duty angle iron frame with stainless steel top
  • 6" adjustable stainless steel legs
  • Triple-mounted, pressure-lock doors with powder-coated handles
  • 14-gauge double-sided porcelainized interior liner for easy cleaning
  • Interior lights for monitoring food without opening the doors

High-Performance Baking

  • Double Deck Design – Doubles production capacity in the same footprint as a single oven
  • Two-Speed Fan & 1/2 HP Blower Motor – Circulates heat efficiently, reducing energy use and cooking times
  • Five chrome-plated racks per deck with eleven adjustable positions (minimum 1-5/8" spacing)
  • Fits up to (5) 18" x 26" full-size pans per deck

Controls & Operation

  • Dual Flow Gas System combines direct and indirect heat for even cooking
  • Removable dual-tube burners with electronic spark ignition
