This Sparta broiler master brush has a 30'' handle with a metal threaded tip. It is 2 sided: extra stiff/semi-stiff stainless steel bristles.
The stainless-steel bristles will allow you to effortlessly scrub away any of that nasty grease that has built up through out the day. These bristles, as tough as they are, will not hurt your griddle but they will hurt gross, burned on food. If there is something that's seemingly glued onto your broiler and neither brush side can scrub it off, then use the metal scrapper. After your brush has done its cleaning, it'll need some cleaning as well. All you have to do is unscrew it from the handle and stick it in the dishwasher.
