Delfield N8717-D Drop-In Hot Food Well
The top is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel. The wells are depressed slightly into the top in order to hold in condensation. It has standard 1/2" stainless steel drains with a non-marring press fit top gasket.
It must be hard wired in the field.
For wet and dry operation, the 11.87" x 19.87" single hot food wells are manifolded together, standard to one main gate valve. This unit is insulated on all sides with 1" of fiberglass and the bottom to have 2" of fiberfrax blanket insulation.
It has individual infinate temperature controls standard wired to one main control panel with 4" of conduit and wire.
