Not only will you be able to successfully cut up food products, but the knives used will hold their edge for longer periods of times, resulting in fewer sharpenings.
This food cutter is designed to survive the most demanding of operations, thanks to its 1 hp, heavy-duty motor and durable design. It consists of a 18" bowl and has a one-piece burnished aluminum housing for durability and sanitation. It has a one-piece base with no cracks or crevices to allow food products to hide. This entire unit stands on 3" stainless-steel legs with rubber feet.
Not only is this product powerful, but it is also safe to use. It has a bowl cover safety interlock which will make things safer in your kitchen. This is because the machine cannot be turned on until the bowl cover is locked down into position. Also, the bowl cover cannot be raised while the switch is in the "on" position.
