The Hobart HL600C-1STD is durable and reliable with a 2-7/10 hp motor and four fixed speeds for incorporating blending and mixing of ingredients. It includes a beater, and a dough hook. This unit will support consistent result and will thoroughly mix your ingredients. It features Shift-on-the-Fly controls, making this mixer one of the most flexible out there. The operator can change the speed of the mixer while it is in operation. Product splash-out is reduced all thanks to the gentile transition to a higher speed.
It has a 50-minute Start Timer that supports recipe mixing times and provides accurate results, eliminating overmixing. This unit includes automatic time recall and can amazingly remember the most recent speed time for a previous batch. This is perfect for making multiple batches of cookie dough and even icing or fondant for when you have to fill large cake orders. Everything is mixed in the ergonomic, swing out bowl that is designed for easy loading and unloading. The bowl locks ensures that the mixer is properly in place. The bowl has a stainless-steel bowl guard, the interlock prevents operation the front portion of the guard is out of position.
