The Hobart HL662-1STD is a durable and reliable pizza dough mixer, it has a 2-7/10 hp motor and two fixed speeds that support consistent results and thorough kneading. It features Shift-on-the-Fly controls, making this mixer one of the most flexible out there. This function allows the operator to change the speed of the mixer while it is in operation. Product splash-out is reduced thanks to the soft transition into a high speed.
It has a 50-minute Start Timer that supports recipe mixing times and provides accurate results, eliminating overmixing. This unit includes automatic time recall and can amazingly remember the most recent speed time for a previous batch. Everything is mixed in the ergonomic, swing out bowl that is designed for easy loading and unloading products. The bowl has a single point of installation which allows for simple mounting and removal. The bowl locks to ensure the mixer is properly in place. The bowl has a stainless-steel bowl has a stainless-steel bowl guard, the interlock prevents operation when the front portion of the guard is out of position.
The controls are easy to learn and understand. It has a "Stop-Start" and Power Bowl Lift push buttons allow you to easily activate or deactivate this unit and release and lower the mixing bowl. It then has two control knobs, one of the knobs control the speed and the other sets the timer.
