The Traulsen TS090HT has a stainless steel interior and exterior, with a galvanized steel on the bottom and back.This unit is insulated with an average of 2" of insulation on the the top, bottom, and on all sides. Behind each door is an arrangement of two shelves that sit on shelf pins.
The self contained refrigeration system distributes cold air from top to bottom. This TempAssure air flow creates a blanket of cold air that will perfectly insulate all your goods -- without freezing them. This system uses a 1/2 hp compressor with R-404A refrigerant keeping the standard operating temperature between 34 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you're afraid of temperatures being to cool or warm, this unit is equipped with an INTELA-TRAUL microprocessor. It will monitor and detect any changes in temperatures that may negatively affect the unit. As soon as a problem is detected, you will be alerted visually, audibly, or even both. This nifty device will alleviate any worries you might have about any negative changes in temperature.
