Vollrath 20248 Footed Grate

This footed grate keeps food from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Raised grates also serve as a drain for items that should not stand in liquid or juices. It’s also great for cooling baked goods on a countertop. The footed design elevates the grate off the pan or countertop for improved air circulation.

It measures 11-3/4" x 16-1/2" and fits a half size steam table pan or bun/sheet pan. It is constructed with stainless steel wire.
