Vollrath's countertop mixers are designed specifically for small commercial mixing applications. This mixer is small enough to fit into any kitchen but is powerful enough for continuous use. The size provides a smaller footprint, which makes it easy to clean and relocate when necessary.
The Vollrath 40755 holds seven quarts and features a five-speed direct drive transmission with a digital control panel for easy shifts in speed while this unit is running. It has a 5 speed, 1/3 hp motor along with a few accessories. The speed can be changed to suit a multitude of mixing tasks. The accessories include a dough hook, a wire whisk, and a beater. This mixer can do anything from kneading dough to whisking light and fluffy creams. The bowl guard is specialized and will keep any contents from tangling up in the agitator while in operation.
