Winco ASP-2 Aluminum Tapered Sauce Pan

This sauce pan is made from durable 3mm thick aluminum that ensures long-lasting performance with constant heating. Aluminum is a great heat conductor, so it promotes even heating, eliminating hot spots.

The pans tapered design allows it to cook at lower temperatures for a longer time. The flared sides gives you more room for stirring while the smaller bottom offers less heat exposure. It also lets you stack unused pans.

It has riveted handles designed for strength & durability.

  • Hand wash – Aluminum products are not dishwasher safe

Cleaning & Maintenance:

  1. CAUTION: allow product to cool before washing
  2. Wash aluminum products with warm water, mild soap and a soft, non-abrasive sponge
  3. After washing, immediately and completely dry with a cloth/paper towel to prevent limescale from forming
  4. To remove cooked-on food residue, boil in water with vinegar for 4 to 5 minutes to loosen, then follow steps 1-3 to wash, rinse & dry.
